What
is a classic car?
A classic car is manufactured at least 15 years ago as a standard
production model (20 years for some vehicle makes, eg Porsche).
The annual mileage must not exceed 7,500 miles, discounts
are available for lower mileage. Must be used as a second
car.
How
is the car's value determined?
Insurance policies are issued on an "agreed value basis".
This means RAC agree with you the value of your car when taking
out the policy.
What
do RAC policies offer?
Social, domestic and pleasure use by all drivers (the minimum
age for drivers of high performance cars is 35). Use for competitions,
rallies and trials excluding speed trials, racing or any track
event
